Welcome to Folking Live
Folking Live has been set up to showcase the myriad of folk and acoustic talent that takes place in a 15 mile radius of Farnham Surrey. The Folking Live project started in the Cellar Bar at the
Farnham Maltings in Surrey in 2004 and now plans to extend out to many more arts centres and venues locally.
For those of you that have been to our concerts already you will have enjoyed some fabulous evenings which have included multiple
Radio 2 Folk Award winners John Tams and Barry Coope, Mercury Music prize nominee Seth Lakeman, a fully revived Dave Swarbrick’s Lazuras, Show of Hands, Martyn Joseph and many more great acts.
We feel it’s equally as important to showcase new emerging talent which is why we are shortly launching a new Folking Live venue in the Cellar Bar at
South Hill Park in Bracknell.
As part of our continuing commitment to improve our service we have set up a Folking Live Yahoo group which we hope will be your main source of information for all your favourite live music events.

Folking Live Bracknell is the new roots music event taking place every third Thursday of the month in the intimate setting of The Cellar Bar, part of South Hill Park Arts Centre in Bracknell, Berkshire. Each night of music will offer the best in English Folk, Country, Bluegrass, Americana and World Music from performers both local and further afield.
